My name is Liz and I am a member of the Queen’s OEE program. I started this blog to chronicle my experiences within the program, and provide an idea of what to expect for incoming OEE students. What I write on this blog is not what future students what future students have to do! Instead, because the program is short and overlap between cohorts is small, I hope to provide inspiration and tips to incoming students.

The OEE program is a student-driven, faculty supported program that practices what is preaches: student learning is student driven, and meaningful experiences come from a combination of teamwork and intrinsic motivation. The program gives students experience in the administrative side of outdoor and experiential education as we imagine our own goals.
